Shawbrook supports acquisition of specialist equipment provider by Euston Ventures

Safespaces, a provider of specialist equipment for users with complex needs, has been acquired by Euston Ventures with support from Shawbrook.

Based near Manchester, Safespaces has operated for over 25 years and specialises in designing and manufacturing class one medical devices for people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, sensory seeking, or challenging behaviours.

Euston Ventures is focused on acquiring specialist businesses that solve critical or technical challenges for their clients, and will support Safespaces in its next phase of growth.

Shawbrook provided a commercial loan facility to Euston, having supported the firm on several other of their acquisitions.
