The Cambridge Building Society has joined SimplyBiz Mortgages as part of its lender panel.
All members can access The Cambridge’s residential and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage range for properties throughout England and Wales with immediate effect.
SimplyBiz Mortgages supports over 4,000 active intermediaries with their mortgage needs, delivering regulatory and business support to directly authorised advisers.
Philip Daffern, head of lender relations at SimplyBiz Mortgages, said: “We have wanted to add The Cambridge to our panel for some time and as with any relationship, it’s a case of waiting until the time is right for both parties.
