Sarah Woolf returns to Shawbrook as senior regional development manager

Shawbrook Bank has announced the reappointment of Sarah Woolf (pictured) as the new senior regional development manager within its real estate team, highlighting the bank’s commitment to strengthening broker-partner relationships across the Midlands.

Woolf, who brings with her over 20 years of experience in the specialist property market, first joined Shawbrook in 2012 as a business development manager. In 2016, she took on the role of head of sales.

She left the bank in 2019 to gain further insights into the brokerage industry, enhancing her understanding of the market and the challenges faced by brokers and their clients.

Woolf said: “Shawbrook is a fantastic place to work, and I am thrilled to have come full circle and be back with the team.

“My time as a broker has not only strengthened my knowledge of the market and the needs of clients but it also presented me with the opportunity to grow my contacts in the Midlands.”

In her new role, Woolf will leverage her extensive experience and robust network to bolster Shawbrook’s growth and development. She will play a key role in strengthening existing broker partnerships and forging new alliances to better support Shawbrook’s property professional clients.

Matthew Taylor, national relationship manager at Shawbrook, added: “It’s a testimony to the culture of the business that having gained valuable experience as a broker, Sarah has chosen to return to Shawbrook.

“Her extensive knowledge of both sides of the market makes her the perfect candidate, and we look forward to seeing the growth she helps us to achieve in the future.”
