New Homes Mortgages teams up with IMAC NE to bolster support for developers in Northern England

Specialist new build broker firm, New Homes Mortgages, has formed a partnership with IMAC NE, aiming to boost support for developers in the North of England.

Bramley-based New Homes Mortgages, an Appointed Representative (AR) of Mortgage Advice Bureau, will combine its strength of 30 advisers with IMAC NE’s team.

This collaboration will enable both companies to extend their expertise to an increasing number of developers through a joint team of 51 advisers.

Helen Pierson, director of New Homes Mortgages, said: “This partnership appears to be a perfect fit since both firms specialise in new build, and are ARs of the Mortgage Advice Bureau.

“We’ve known Dave Walton and his team for many years and have confidence that our cultures and ethos align.”

Pierson continued: “Collaborating with like-minded professionals allows us to further develop our specialisation, guaranteeing that expert advice and excellent service persist for new home purchasers.

“This collaboration adds another feather to our cap, especially following our recent accolade as Best Broker Firm for New Build at the prestigious L&G Mortgage Club Awards.”

Dave Walton, director of IMAC NE Ltd, added: “We’ve been working informally with New Homes Mortgages for a while now. The alignment in our working practices is clear, making for an excellent fit.

“The added resources, knowledge, and skills will likely fuel future growth across both businesses, particularly in our New Build market.”

Peter Brodnicki, CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau, concluded: “It’s impressive to see the growth of the business helmed by Lee Cardwell, Paul Horner, Mark Pender, and Helen Pierson since its launch three years ago.

“This initial investment in a quality firm like IMAC is another significant step forward for this ambitious and forward-thinking business.””
