Specialist lender OSB Group has promoted Joe Baxter (pictured) to the position of business development manager (BDM), covering the South Coast to South Wales, including Southampton, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.
Baxter has been with OSB Group since 2019, and progressed into this position from his former role as an office-based BDM, covering North East England, Scotland, Devon and Cornwall.
Prior to that, he spent 18 months in OSB Group’s broker liaison team.

“The expertise he brings from his role as one of our office-based BDMs, combined with his can-do attitude, will be a huge asset to the team and the brokers they support.
