LifeSearch becomes exclusive advice arm for Neilson Financial Services

LifeSearch, the independent protection specialist, has teamed up with Neilson Financial Services, a global specialist provider of life insurance, in an exclusive partnership. As part of the agreement, LifeSearch will act as the advisory arm for Neilson’s brands, including Smart Insurance, Post Office, British Seniors, and Cover Today.

With this partnership, LifeSearch’s 240 fully regulated specialist protection advisors will provide support and guidance to Neilson’s customers throughout their protection journey. They will particularly assist individuals seeking advice or those who have health issues or do not meet Neilson’s product criteria but require protection.

Debbie Kennedy, CEO of LifeSearch, expressed her delight at the partnership: “While the digital journey is crucial in today’s protection market, advice is still paramount. Our 25-year track record of delivering high-quality specialist advice will ensure protection conversations can take place whenever they are needed.”

Earlier this year, LifeSearch expanded its UK offerings with the introduction of “Powered By LifeSearch,” a new proprietary technology-led solution designed to power online, offline or hybrid protection journeys for partner brands. The solution offers expert tele-interviews for customer disclosure, pipeline management, underwriting expertise, complex risks, quality monitoring, retention and lapse management, customer care support, claims handling, trusts, and more.

Rob Clarkson, managing director at Neilson Financial Services, shared his enthusiasm for the collaboration: “We are looking forward to working with LifeSearch in support of ensuring our customers are given every opportunity to secure the protection they need.”

LifeSearch’s proprietary technology-led solution aims to facilitate the integration of protection products within digital ecosystems, enhancing customer applications.

The company already collaborates with a range of large and small partners, including Which?, Unbiased, CompareTheMarket, MoneySuperMarket, PensionBee, Royal London, MoneyFacts, Lloyds Banking Group, MoneySavingExpert, Zurich, and more.
