Specialist lender Together’s intermediary sales team has achieved annual lending of over £1.4bn. This marks the second consecutive year the team has surpassed the £1bn barrier in lending.
The lending was spread over 7,857 transactions in the 12-month period ending June 30th. Together’s lending products include bridging loans and mortgages for both individuals and businesses.
Tanya Elmaz, director of intermediary Sales at Together, credited the achievement to the sales team’s strong collaboration with brokers, solicitors, and valuers. She also highlighted the substantial demand for specialist lending in the current economic climate.
“This is an incredible achievement and highlights how high performing our sales team has been through what has been a tough cycle for the UK economy over the past couple of years,” Elmaz said.
Along with the expansion of the broker panel, Together is also focusing on new products such as their regulated second charge bridge product, aimed at offering more options for short-term finance.
The announcement follows Together’s recent report of more than £106m in short-term lending in June.
