Keystone Property Finance has reduced the rates across its Classic range by up to 0.25% and added a new arrangement fee product.
All of the lender’s Classic 2-year rates have been reduced by 0.25%, while its Classic 5-year rates have seen reductions of up to 0.10%. Classic rates now start from 4.94%.
In addition, the lender has also introduced a new Classic 5.5% arrangement fee option for all of its 2-year fixed rates.
The above changes will take immediate effect from today, Wednesday the 9th of August.
