Together has announced a forthcoming webinar dedicated to discussing mortgage applications for overseas nationals and its specialist lender’s packaging requirements. The webinar is scheduled for Friday, 18th August, and will be accessible through Zoom.
This session marks the beginning of a series of criteria webinars specifically designed for brokers, with further discussions planned around applications where the deposit source is from overseas.
Rachel Tideswell, senior financial crime manager at Together, will spearhead the webinar, providing crucial guidance to brokers. She will outline the key questions that brokers should pose to clients and offer insights to help them protect their businesses. Members of Together’s senior underwriting team will also be available to address any questions, reinforcing the hands-on support offered by the company.
Michelle Walsh, head of intermediary sales at Together, said: “At Together, we are keen to provide support for our partners on how to work with overseas nationals. This webinar will offer just that. This is the first of a number we will be hosting, equipping intermediaries with the tools they need to support more customers with property finance needs.”
Attendance is limited, reflecting the exclusive nature of the session. Those interested in participating can secure a spot by emailing rsvp@togethermoney.com. If there are specific questions or concerns regarding overseas nationals and deposit source applications, attendees are encouraged to mention them in their registration email.
