Bridge Help has announced the appointment of Iona Reid to its business development team. With a strong background in property sales and lettings, Reid brings valuable expertise to her new role.
Reid’s professional journey includes working as a sales executive at Keepmoat Homes and serving as a lettings manager with a prominent national estate agent.
In her capacity as business development manager, Reid will work closely with Bridge Help’s broker network, assisting them in securing bridging finance for various needs. These include auction purchases, commercial and semi-commercial acquisitions, buy-to-let properties, and the refinancing of existing loans.
Her addition to the team comes amid a period of growth at Bridge Help and an influx of new inquiries.
Reid said: “I am really looking forward to working with such a supportive team and within the short-term finance sector. I have plenty of transferable skills from previous roles within the property industry and I’m inspired by new manager, Katie and what she has achieved!”
