StreamBank has appointed Roz Cawood as its new managing director for property finance. With over 25 years of experience in specialist finance sales, Cawood has worked with lenders including Precise Mortgages, LendInvest, Masthaven, and most recently, Hope Capital where she served as the director of sales.
She brings a diverse understanding of specialist property finance, covering bridging, development, and commercial real estate.
In her role, Roz will oversee the management of StreamBank’s sales team.
Steve Pateman, chief executive at StreamBank, said: “I am delighted that Roz has decided to join StreamBank to lead our property finance teams – she has extensive and relevant experience as we seek to position StreamBank as a provider of innovative solutions to customers looking for bridge, development and other forms of property finance; we have made good progress in building our balance sheet since we obtained our full banking licence in February and would expect to break the £100m barrier by the year end.
