LDN Finance has expanded its offering by launching into the later life lending market as of today (4th September).
Following 18 months of growth in the business, the launch into later life lending aimed to bolster the existing services offered by the brokerage including residential, specialist and protection insurance, and recently launched sub-brand LDN Private Clients.
Headed up by equity release adviser Darren Johncock (pictured), the service will offer the arrangement of later life borrowing and equity release mortgages to a demographic of people aged 50 and over.
Anthony Rose, co-CEO at LDN Finance, said: “We are very excited to be launching this department following an increase in client demand for later life lending solutions.
“By expanding our product offering, we are able to service the needs of clients across all areas of the market.
“Later life lending is a natural growth step for us and we’re thrilled to be launching this new pillar at a time when demand is high.”
Johncock added: “Spearheading the department that will expand LDN’s current product offering is extremely exciting!
“Later life lending is a growing portion of the mortgage sector and I’m proud to be part of the team shaping this expansion.”
Johncock is the latest addition to the LDN Finance team, following the appointment of four others this year and ten in 2022, including senior hire Greg Cunnington as chief operating officer.
