Short-term lender Catalyst has appointed Sophie Rose (pictured) as servicing manager, reporting into head of servicing Amy Rickman.
Rose will manage the loan book for the firm and assist borrowers with their post-completion queries.
She has over 12 years’ customer service experience in various roles, including as part of the first team at Liverpool Victoria to be cross-trained in all departments to reach ‘one call resolution’, and most recently, underwriting at Nationwide and Positive Lending.Â
Rickman said: ‘’ I am really excited to have Sophie join the Catalyst team. Sophie has previous experience in the property industry that she will be able to apply to the Servicing Manager Role.
“Her enthusiastic attitude is a great attribute when assisting borrowers with all their post completion queries.
“This allows Catalyst to really focus on supporting our borrowers to ensure they never miss a good opportunity.’’
