Propertymark has evolved its professional support proposition, with the introduction of a dedicated lettings helpline for ARLA Propertymark members based in England and Wales.
Propertymark previously provided members with access to support through a series of helplines connected to a range of external sources.
From Thursday 28th September 2023, members have a dedicated number to access support from Propertymark’s own in-house lettings support team.
The helpline team will work with Propertymark’s in-house policy and compliance teams to tackle the challenges members face within residential lettings and property management, as well as offering support on property legislation and changing regulations.
Jan Hÿtch, board member and project lead at Propertymark, said: “As a former letting agent of many years, a lettings helpline run by Propertymark exclusively for its members would always have been at the top of my list of useful resources to tap into.
“It makes absolute sense for us to provide this great resource as a part of our membership and I’m delighted to have been involved in its conception.
“I hope members will find it makes a real positive difference to their working lives.”
In addition to launching the helpline, Propertymark also further invested in developing its library of additional reference information, guidance and help sheets available to members online.
