Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has appointed Jessica Winstone-Adair (pictured) as lending director for London and the South East within its development finance division.
She has over 24 years of experience in the financial services and real estate sectors, including 16 years spent at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
Winstone-Adair joined RBS as a business relationship manager for retail banking in April 2001 and worked across corporate real estate finance, credit, real estate origination and restructuring before being appointed a director for structured finance.
Most recently, she was the owner of and developer for a property renovation and design business, working with high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
In her new role, Winstone-Adair will work on winning new development finance business for HTB and developing client relationships into longer-term partnerships.
