KSEYE appoints Marcus Dussard as sales director

KSEYE has appointed Marcus Dussard as its new sales director. With over 20 years in the finance industry, Dussard brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as sales director at both Castle Trust and Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB).

At Castle Trust, he spent over seven years, rising to the position of sales director, and he also dedicated more than three years at HTB in the same role, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing business volumes.

In his new capacity at KSEYE, Dussard will take charge of the established sales team with the aim of increasing short-term lending volumes.

Speaking about his new role, Dussard said: “I’m really excited to get started at KSEYE – they have done a great job of expanding over the last decade or so, but the aim now is to start competing with some of the bigger players in this space.

“I’m looking forward to being part of a company that wants to aggressively increase its market share in difficult conditions, and as a sales director, shaping the team and the sales strategy is what keeps me motivated.

“I can’t wait to get out there, meet new and old brokers, and spearhead the next stage of KSEYE’s expansion.”

Nikes Khagram, director at KSEYE, added: “We are proud of KSEYE’s achievements over the past few years, and we have weathered the challenges of the last year well.

“Now, we are looking to go beyond our reputation of being a ‘broker’s best kept secret’ to being one of the first names they think of when it comes to bridging finance – Marcus’ proven track record gives us every confidence that we can achieve that goal and we are delighted to have him join Team KSEYE.”
