Sedulo Funding Solutions has appointed two senior property brokers, Laurence Mills and Will Bottoms, into their recently formed property team.
Sedulo Funding Solutions is the funding arm of national business advisory firm Sedulo Group, which has offices in London, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.
The newly created property team will support Sedulo’s growth strategy by working with property professionals to structure and source their secured debt requirements.
Mills said: “Sedulo’s customer centric approach to finance provides us with a strong foundation and I look forward to helping the business achieve its growth ambitions.
“My aim is to help build a new, expert property finance team and make Sedulo the go-to specialist in the sector.”
Bottoms added: “I am pleased to be joining a young, charismatic team and look forward to assisting with the upcoming growth of the funding arm of Sedulo.
“Our platform will enable us to help clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
“With the team looking to expand over the next year, our client base will benefit from the experience and drive instilled by the Sedulo company ethos.”
Mills and Bottoms are the first hires into commercial finance director Brian Love’s team in London and will help grow the business through their extensive knowledge of the section.
