TMG Mortgage Network has launched TMG Protect, a division within the TMG Mortgage Network.
The launch was aimed at supporting members with referring business internally, in addition to providing training to improve their skillsets.
The division will be headed up by Donna Ambler, who recently joined as head of protection.
Ambler said: “I am extremely excited to be heading up TMG Protect, this will provide us with a mechanism of really delivering the FCA’s Consumer Duty and taking the whole concept of treating our customers fairly to the next level.”
Ambler will work with existing members and provider partners to help TMG Mortgage Network members understand insurance products and deliver on regulatory expectations.
