Alternative Bridging Corporation has promoted Daniel Smith (pictured) to the position of business development manager, covering the whole of the UK.
Smith, who joined the company in May 2022 as an internal BDM, brings a wealth of experience from previous roles at Vita Properties, RBS, and The NatWest Group.
His new role will involve working closely with brokers throughout the country, crafting specialised property finance solutions for their clients.
As a provider of bridging loans, term loans, and development finance to the property industry, business community, and homeowners, Alternative Bridging Corporation has established itself as a key player in the sector.
It also offers an Alternative Overdraft facility, allowing customers to access funds as needed. Earlier this year, the company introduced PartX, a pre-approved part exchange facility designed to speed up sales and resolve chain breaks in new home developments.
