Hampden & Co has appointed Claire Mann to the new role of head of client proposition.
In the role, Mann will lead the bank’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) programme to continue building on its commitment to client service.
She will report to Andrew Bell, chief commercial officer at the bank.
Mann joins Hampden & Co from Handelsbanken where she was senior operations and programme manager responsible for the design, implementation and management of CRM.
She has also held senior operational and CRM roles at NatWest, KPMG and HSBC.
Mann said: “Hampden & Co is seeing strong client growth through its relationship-based approach and a clear vision of how to continue providing exceptional levels of service as this growth continues.
“I very much look forward to enhancing the bank’s client relationship management capabilities and driving growth through even more compelling relationships.”
