Matthew Dilks (pictured), commercial and bridging specialist at packager and master broker Clever Lending, was presented with United Trust Bank’s (UTB) ‘Specialist of the Year’ award.
The award was presented at a dinner held by UTB for its key introducers in the North of England; Dilks was recognised for his expertise in bridging finance.

“In my mind, this award also recognises the team at Clever Lending who all play their part in getting difficult bridging cases successfully completed.”
