Paul Luke appointed as chief information officer at Together

Property lender Together has announced the appointment of Paul Luke as its new chief information officer.

Luke, who brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, will be responsible for managing Group Technology Services (GTS) at Together.

His role includes overseeing day-to-day processes and technological improvements to better serve the needs of colleagues and customers.

Luke’s background includes leading change, IT, operations, and transformation teams in highly regulated UK markets. His previous positions include senior roles at Capita and Co-op Insurance.

At Capita, he managed significant client relationships and was responsible for transforming and delivering a variety of business process, digital, and IT services in regulated financial markets, both in the UK and internationally.

Regarding his new position, Luke said: “I am really looking forward to joining the Together group, I can see what an amazing culture the business has, and I can’t wait to be a part of it.

“It will be great to be able to share some of my experience with the team, but also to take on the challenge of learning about a different area within financial services, and supporting the delivery of a really exciting vision and change agenda over the coming years.”

John Barker, group chief operating officer at Together, commented on the appointment: “At Together, we are committed to building an expert senior team to guide us forward, and Paul’s appointment reflects that.

“He brings a wealth of experience to the role and will be a true asset to our company; it’s with great pride that we’ve been able to appoint someone of such high calibre.

“Through experts like Paul, we are able to work efficiently to help our customers and partners achieve their property ambitions. We are continuing to work towards our vision of becoming the UK’s most valued lender.”
