For the third year running Monmouthshire Building Society has been named ‘Large Business of the Year’ in the South Wales Argus Business Awards.
The awards were announced last night in a glittering online celebration. The Society was nominated alongside Industrial Automation and Control Ltd and Storage Giant.
Dawn Gunter, chief operating officer at Monmouthshire Building Society, said: “It is fantastic to win this award for the third year running.
“This is a true recognition of the work we all put in to make the Society the best it can be for our members and colleagues. As a regional Building Society, this kind of award also recognises the positive impact we make to the local economy and to our communities.

The Business Awards reward the best businesses and organisations in the region. The Large Business of the Year award recognises a profitable business that can demonstrate growth or maintenance over the last 12 months, as well as future growth potential and a positive impact on south east Wales economy.
The Society also sponsored the ‘Contribution to the Community’ award which was won by Newport Live.
