OSB Group has started 2024 with a new sales team structure to better support brokers across its brands, including Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay.
The reshuffle sees Simon Cockerill appointed as group head of intermediary sales, and Emily Hollands takes on an expanded role as group head of distribution. Marc Callaghan will focus on InterBay and bridging as head of specialist finance. All will report directly to Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director.
Additionally, the group has introduced roles aimed at managing distribution channels, recognising the significance of existing customer relationships, and aligning sales teams to provide regional support as indicated by broker feedback. This approach is expected to streamline broker interactions with the sales teams.
Moloney said: “Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, and InterBay all play a particularly important part in the specialist mortgage market. Equally, with their knowledge and expertise, Simon, Emily, and Marc will be pivotal in using their expertise to help support their teams in bringing the best of their knowledge and experience to our intermediary partners.”
