Cavendish Online adopts AI to enhance customer service in protection market

Cavendish Online, part of Lloyds Banking Group, has partnered with Aveni.ai to introduce AI in analysing customer calls in the protection market.

This move aims to enhance the quality of advice and detect customer vulnerabilities efficiently.
