In 2023, 360 Lifecycle achieved a significant milestone, hitting over £35bn in lending.
According to its latest results, 2023 saw the firm complete 263,000 FactFinds, and over 157,000 mortgages, 70,000 protection policies and 9,000 buildings and contents policies were written for the year.
360’s client engagement also grew, with its Client Portal users surpassing 195,000 in Q4 2023, showing a 12% increase from the same quarter in 2022.
Additionally, Client Portal repeat business experienced a 17% growth compared to the previous year.
360 was also recognised for its technological innovation in 2023, and was named ‘Best Technology Provider’ and ‘Mortgage Technology Provider of the Year’ at various awards.
The firm also renewed several partnerships throughout the year, celebrating a three year contract renewal with Alexander Hall, and securing additional growth capital from Quilter PLC.
