The NACFB Commercial Finance Expo, the UK’s leading event for commercial finance intermediaries, is set to open its doors again at the NEC, Birmingham on Wednesday, 26th June 2024. Registration for the event, now in its 14th year, is available free of charge starting today.
With 80% of the 140 exhibition stands already claimed by a mix of high street banks, challenger banks, and specialist lenders, the event promises a comprehensive showcase of commercial lending solutions aimed at fostering small business growth. The expo also features industry suppliers known for their contributions to the commercial finance brokerage sector.
Becky McGarrity, the NACFB’s events manager, expects a full house: “We are expecting all the exhibition stands to sell out in the next few weeks.” The priority for booking is given to the Association’s Patron lenders and Partner service providers, with a waiting list of other hopeful exhibitors.
Long-time exhibitor and NACFB Patron NatWest is a sponsor of the event. Sarah David from NatWest commented: “The NACFB Expo is a ‘must’ for both funders and brokers… It is rare to see so many people come together with a view to supporting our UK SMEs.”
Following positive feedback from the previous year’s expo, with 87% of delegates planning to return, NACFB Chair Paul Goodman advises attendees to register early: “The show is always extremely busy, so I encourage would-be attendees to register in advance to avoid having to queue.”
The conference will include expert panel discussions on pressing industry topics and challenges faced by brokers and SMEs in securing commercial finance. Norman Chambers, NACFB’s managing director, mentioned ongoing efforts to enhance the event experience: “The team is working incredibly hard to build upon the achievements of last year’s successful show.”
