OSB Group has internally promoted Pete Coombes to bridging specialist and Jack Cope to field-based business development manager (BDM), enhancing its sales team with existing talent.
Coombes, with over five years at OSB and prior experience as a broker, will focus on short-term lending needs in his new role.
Cope, who joined OSB in 2021, will support brokers and their clients across Southeast England.
