Century Capital has recently facilitated a loan worth over £9m for a returning client.
The assets, located in Stratford, are comprised of a newly built block of 23 private flats and 13 affordable units.
The property is valued at over £13m, with the loan available at 70% loan-to-value (LTV).
The flats have been finished to a high standard, with spacious communal gardens. Each apartment also comes with private outdoor balconies or gardens.
The clients required funds to repay their development financing and raise cash for further investment in family-owned businesses.
