ClientTree has integrated its customer relationship management (CRM) system with UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform.
This integration was designed to help brokers streamline their advising process, reduce data entry, speed up the process, and ensure compliance.
ClientTree offers a CRM system that includes a client portal and sourcing solutions for mortgages, general insurance, and now personal insurance.
These elements ensure that users avoid re-keying, thus saving time for advisers, paraplanners, and administrators.
UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform allows users to obtain underwritten quotes from multiple insurers for multiple products by completing one set of questions.
The system also offers Defaqto comparison to gain more insight and to assist with compliance, while advisers are also able to go straight to application without re-keying data.
The new integration gives advisers the tools to follow a client enquiry from the initial call through to completion of an insurance application.
Mark Cracknell, commercial director at UnderwriteMe, said: “UnderwriteMe is delighted to launch the integration with ClientTree.
“The integration provides a single sourcing process for individual protection products, saving advisers time, removing the complexity of underwriting across multiple insurers, together with providing clients with flexibility and choice.
“We look forward to working with ClientTree and their user base.”
Lilla Dilliway (pictured), managing director at ClientTree Group, added: “It is a great collaboration between two technology firms who think along the same lines: both the ClientTree CRM system and UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform include an interactive fact find to help collect relevant information.
“This, in turn, helps in sourcing the right products, reduces the time spent on admin, and speeds up the advising process.
“We are excited about this integration and how it will help advisers offer a truly client-focused service.”
