Market Harborough appoints head of strategic planning and customer proposition

Market Harborough Building Society has appointed Andy Taylor as its head of strategic planning and customer proposition.

Leading the mortgage and savings product and proposition teams, Taylor will identify market opportunities and develop new products and initiatives that meet customer needs. He aims to ensure the society responds to market opportunities and continues its journey to be the best for brokers.

Taylor was previously with Nottingham Building Society and has significant experience in senior propositions, analytics, and research roles.

Speaking about his appointment, Taylor said: “Market Harborough Building Society is enjoying phenomenal success.
