Santander is set to reduce selected residential purchase fixed rates in its new business range as of tomorrow, Thursday 4th July.
Selected residential fixed rates will be reduced by between 0.02% and 0.16% for purchases.
To reflect these changes, Santander’s latest mortgage rates page will be updated from Thursday.
The lender urged brokers to submit new business applications on its current range by 10pm today, Wednesday 3 July.
Sanatnder said there would be no change to its buy-to-let, large loan, product transfer ranges or its residential tracker rates.
