Data and software firm Hometrack will host the Mortgage Innovation: Data and Risk Summit 2024 on 12th September, to provide a forum for industry-wide conversations on the future of the mortgage industry.
The summit will take place at the Malmaison Hotel in Leeds, with speakers including Rory Marsden, chief operating officer at Hometrack, Sarah Guha, director of product at Hometrack, and Theo Brewer, director of analytics and consulting at Hometrack.
The keynote speeches will be delivered by Dame Inga Beale, former CEO of Lloyds of London and Rob Stevens, head of property risk at Nationwide.
A range of sessions will be taking place as part of the event, including: a lender panel Q&A with key leadership figures from Hometrack; the opportunities and risks posed by regulations such as Basel 3.1; property data and moving beyond risk teams; looking to the future, how data and risk management will develop over the next five years.
