MS Lending Group has launched a WhatsApp business integration in a bid to further expand its service offering.
The launch hopes to provide an additional way to connect with the lending business.
The service will provide quick updates on existing cases, as well as being able to gauge appetite on new cases without needing to pick up the phone or deal with cumbersome updates.
It also is more suited to some customers lifestyles where not only speed is of the essence but when they may be on the move, or time poor.
Some of the key features of the WhatsApp business integration includes messaging tools, on the go app form, click to chat functionality and headline updates to see where their case is up to, or how to redeem.
Alexandra Stratton, head of marketing, said, “We are constantly searching as a business on how we can continue to deliver an amazing service.
“Plus, how we can accelerate and streamline our process.
“We have listened to our customer’s needs and WhatsApp is a great way to connect with customers and provide them with a quick update when speed is the priority.”
Michael Stratton, CEO, added: “The launch of WhatsApp business integration for our clients is a further enhancement of our lending products and service, and helps further meet the needs of our customers.
“That’s what MS Lending Group is all about, enhancing the service and providing a bridging experience.”
