Effective from tomorrow (Thursday 26th September), Halifax Intermediaries will reduce rates by up to 0.30% on home mover and first-time buyer mortgage products.
The loans being reduced include large loans, new-builds and affordable housing.
This is the third residential mortgage rate reduction made by Halifax during September, and followed reductions by various major lenders in the past week.
