Santander has made reductions of up to 0.29% to selected fixed rates across its purchase, remortgage, green mortgage, and buy-to-let ranges, with rates now starting from 3.68%.Â
In its residential remortgage range, a 60% loan-to-value (LTV) 2-year fixed rate with £999 product fee has been reduced to 3.99%, down from 4.20%.
In addition, a 60% LTV 2-year fixed rate residential remortgage with no product fee has been cut to 4.29%, down from 4.58%, while a 60% LTV 3-year fixed rate residential remortgage with £999 product fee has been decreased to 3.99% from 4.24%.
Lastly, as part of this range, the lender has also reduced a 75% LTV 5-year fixed rate with no product fee to 4.16%, down from 4.31%.
In terms of its residential purchase range, Santander has reduced a 60% LTV 2-year fixed rate with £999 purchase fee to 3.84%, down from 3.99%, and a 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate with £999 purchase fee to 3.68%, down from 3.80%.
A 95% LTV 5-year fixed rate residential purchase mortgage with no purchase fee and a £250 cashback has also been reduced to 5.09%, down from 5.14%.
The lender has also made a number of reductions to its new build range, including a 75% LTV 3-year fixed rate with a £999 purchase fee at 3.99%, down from 4.14%, and a 95% LTV 3-year fixed rate with no purchase fee and a £250 cashback priced at 5.58%, down from 5.63%.
In its green mortgage range, reductions include a 60% LTV 2-year fixed rate with no product fee priced at 4.19%, down from 4.48%, as well as a 75% LTV 5-year fixed rate green buy-to-let remortgage with a £1749 product fee priced at 3.98%, down from 4.12%.
Latsly, in its buy-to-let range, Santander has introduced several reductions, including a 60% LTV 2-year fixed rate buy-to-let remortgage with a £1749 product fee at 4.26%, down from 4.38%, and a 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate buy-to-let mortgage with a £1749 purchase fee priced at 3.97%, down from 4.14%.
