Jane Thirlwell (pictured) has joined LSL’s Financial Services division as director of transformation and change.
She comes from Sesame Bankhall Group where she was director of programme management for two years, leading business solutions for advisers across the appointed representative (AR) network and other services.
Thirlwell also held senior change implementation roles at Aviva.
Richard Howells, group managing director for financial services, said: “I am delighted that Jane has joined us.
“Having worked with her before, I know she will bring a unique capability to assist us with our transformation plans as we invest in our business for the benefit of our brokers, colleagues and customers.
“She has a huge amount of experience in both change delivery and strategy, which will be a real asset to our business.”
