Just Mortgages hires new development directors

Leading national broker firm, Just Mortgages, has appointed three new development directors.

They will work with the firm’s regional directors to provide Just Mortgages self-employed brokers with the support they need to succeed.

The development directors have each been promoted internally, having previously been area directors.

Each one is responsible for two area directors and a further twenty mortgage brokers. Just Mortgages is planning to hire a further two development directors to even greater support to advisers.

Just Mortgages has expanded rapidly over the past year and the new promotions are crucial to ensuring regional directors can support the growing numbers in the self-employed team, which recently hit 400 brokers.

“The end goal of any decision we make is to help our brokers,” Ben Allkins, head of mortgages and protection for the Just Mortgages self-employed division explained. “The addition of the development directors will bring in an extra layer of support for our brokers.”

He added. “They are an invaluable resource for our self-employed team to tap into and will provide another outlet where they can ask for advice and help develop business plans.”

Just Mortgages’ development directors are all highly experienced sales managers, and therefore understand the pressures that advisers are under. Alongside providing professional advice, the development directors also work with the self-employed team to develop business plans and support them to hit their goals.

Having access to development directors is the latest benefit for Just Mortgages’ self-employed brokers, who already receive unrivalled support, a comprehensive training programme, expert marketing and lead-generation resources.

The offering is perfect for brokers who are looking for the independence that comes from being self-employed, but value expert advice and support.
