Broadstone has promoted Jeremy Clack (pictured) to the newly created role of head of commercial strategy in its consulting and actuarial division.
Clack’s position will focus on defining and implementing a strategic commercial plan for the C&A business, including identifying and promoting new propositions.
Clack will be responsible for developing systems and processes for consistent commercial management across clients, identifying areas for new proposition development, and preparing and testing commercial strategies.
He will report directly to Nigel Jones, head of consulting and actuarial, and will continue his existing responsibilities as head of Midlands advisory.
Clack joined Broadstone from WTW in May 2023 as a senior actuarial director, bringing over 20 years of industry experience advising trustees and corporates.
Clack said: “Since joining Broadstone 18 months ago, I have been impressed by the expertise and dedication to customer service that underlies our client proposition.
“There is huge potential to harness this talent to innovate, leveraging new services and propositions consistently across our national presence.
“I look forward to working with Nigel and the team as we look to achieve further growth and achieve Broadstone’s strategic objectives.”
Jones said: “Since Jeremy joined Broadstone, his acumen has been evident. He is an industry heavyweight who has helped develop our service levels as we continue to grow in size, scale and service.
“Broadstone is continually looking to evolve its proposition and Jeremy’s decades of sector experience mean he is perfectly placed to drive forward this next phase of our commercial strategy.”
