Ortec Finance has made key updates to its executive team with two appointments.
Effective from January 2025, Gwen van Berne will join as chief financial Officer (CFO), and Judith van der Mey-Rugenbrink, current human resources director, will be promoted to the Executive Team.
Van Berne will take on the role of CFO on 1st January 2025.
She brings over 23 years of experience in financial services, having held senior roles in strategy, business planning, and operations.
Van Berne is currently the director of finance and risk at Oikocredit and has previously worked for ABN AMRO Bank and the global Institute of Management Accountants.
Van der Mey-Rugenbrink, who has served as HR Director since 2019, will also join the executive team.
In her new role, she will oversee the human resources strategy, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
