Landbay has appointed Anna Macdonald (pictured) as an independent non-executive director on its board.
Anna brings over 20 years of experience in institutional and wealth management.
She is currently an investment manager at Aubrey Capital Management, previously working as a fund manager at Amati Global Investors and Henderson Global Investors.
Macdonald is also a regular commentator on BBC Radio 4’s ‘Today’ programme, as well as on BBC TV, Sky News, and Reuters TV.
John Goodall, founder and CEO of Landbay, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Anna whose wealth of experience makes her a great addition to the board.
“We all look forward to working with her as we further consolidate and grow our position as the buy-to-let lender of choice.”
Macdonald said: “It is an exciting time to join Landbay’s board. The business has grown significantly over the last few years, despite the challenging macro environment.
“I am looking forward to working with the team during its next chapter in its journey as Landbay continues to scale.”
