Simply Conveyancing appoints Tess Andrews as chief strategy and transformation officer

Simply Conveyancing has appointed Tess Andrews (pictured) as chief strategy and transformation officer.

Before joining Simply Conveyancing, Andrews worked as an investment director at private equity firm Livingbridge, which backs Simply Conveyancing, and held positions at McKinsey and Co.

She has also served in various cross-sector non-executive director roles.

In her new position, Andrews will focus on implementing a strategy to support the company’s growth plans and modernise the residential conveyancing sector.

The firm also appointed Guy Evans as director of legal operations services.

Evans brings 30 years of experience in the property industry and has held senior executive roles in conveyancing operations and shared services.

Prior to Simply Conveyancing, he was group head of operational support at the Simplify Group.

Andrews said: “I’m delighted to be joining the Simply Conveyancing team as the company enters its next phase of growth.

“The team has already put in place strong foundations that position the business well to take advantage of the market opportunity.

“I’m very much looking forward to working with the team to achieve our ambitious growth plans.”
