CHL Mortgages has appointed Sam Dillin (pictured) as business development manager (BDM) for the Central, East, and West London regions.
Dillin’s appointment increases the lender’s team to six BDMs working with intermediaries and their clients across England and Wales.
He joined from London-based brokerage Coreco, where he spent five years in various roles, including client services and key accounts, as well as a position as a BDM.
Dillin said: “My previous roles working for a broker company have given me an invaluable insight into how the broker world works.
“Coming from a sales background means I feel very strongly about the importance of building and maintaining relationships.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know my broker partners and helping them to place their specialist buy to let cases.”
