Glenhawk has appointed Harleigh French (pictured) and Alex Robertson to lead its internal telephone business development manager (BDM) team.
Working alongside the existing BDMs, Robertson and French will be responsible for qualifying lending enquiries and ensuring loan completions in collaboration with the underwriting department, as the company targets £550m of lending in 2025.
Robertson joins Glenhawk from Avamore Capital, having advised borrowers across unregulated, refurbishment and development exit projects, for both residential and commercial developments.
French has been at Glenhawk for six years, building up a broker and client list spanning England and Wales.
