Hinckley & Rugby Building Society (HRBS) has appointed Nina Andrew and Lauren Baylis (pictured) to its intermediary team, joining as telephone business development managers (BDMs).
Andrew joins HRBS with a background in financial services, having held roles such as protection specialist and business support manager at the Mortgage Advice Bureau.
Baylis also brings extensive expertise to the team, having worked as a mortgage broker with Strike Financial Services and Purplebricks.
As telephone BDMs, Andrew and Baylis will serve as the first point of contact for brokers, addressing product queries and assisting with applications.
They will provide brokers with up-to-date insights on Hinckley & Rugby Building Society’s offerings.
