Enra Specialist Finance has selected Lendingmetrics’ ADP to improve the screening and onboarding processes for customers.
The cloud-based solution works with credit reference agencies and enables credit risk staff to make real-time changes via an editor interface.
Enra decided on this platform due to its ability for authorised underwriters to autonomously and dynamically update decisioning logic was crucial, along with the platform’s capability to synthesise credit risk data from multiple bureaus into a single ‘net’ credit report.
This announcement comes after LendingMetrics signed contracts with Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, Reward Finance, and Buyline.
David Wylie, commercial director of LendingMetrics, said: “ADP represented the optimal choice for Enra. The plug-and-go nature of the technology, along with rapid decision making and real-time rule changing were its standout USPs.
“We are delighted to be working with Enra, helping them to deliver a fast, highly efficient and customer-centric decisioning solution.”
Stephen Hogg, chief operating officer at Enra, said: “We are making a major investment in our lending platform to support the future growth of our business.
“Our aim is to deliver a specialist mortgage journey from application to offer in minutes.
“To do that we need to partner with technology suppliers that can support a modern digital customer journey.
“ADP is an impressive product and we look forward to working closely with Lendingmetrics on the deployment.”
