Method Valuation, a valuation and development monitoring panel management firm with over 80 lender clients, has announced the appointment of two specialists to strengthen its operations and support continued expansion.
Andrew Rutter, a RICS-qualified professional with extensive experience in the valuation industry, joins as head of surveying services.
He will be responsible for managing the surveyor panel and overseeing services provided to lender and broker clients.
Tracey Mile has joined as assistant accountant, bringing over 20 years of accountancy experience.
She will focus on enhancing the company’s finance team by streamlining and automating accountancy processes.
