Target Group has strengthened its senior team by appointing Scott Hill (pictured) as chief information officer (CIO).
Hill has over 25 years of experience in IT, beginning his career after an injury ended his plans to join the RAF, entering through IBM’s graduate programme.
He worked at Accenture for seven years, managing key projects in the UK and Europe.
Following this, he helped build a consulting company at Circle and later joined The White Company, delivering projects for clients such as Boden, Dyson, and Versace.
Most recently, he completed a role as global head of website transformation for Diageo.
At Target, Hill will oversee the entire IT strategy of the company while supporting both new and existing clients.
