Clydesdale Bank will introduce rate reductions across several mortgage product ranges on Wednesday 5th February, with cuts of up to 0.28% across its core, product transfer, exclusives, and professional ranges.
In its core product range, selected 2- and 5-year large loan and interest-only residential rates will be reduced by up to 0.28%.
For product transfers, selected 2- and 5-year fee and fee-offer residential product transfer rates will be cut by up to 0.18%.
In the exclusives range, Clydesdale will lower 75% and 80% LTV 2- and 5-year residential remortgage exclusive rates by up to 0.10%, while selected 2- and 5-year residential large loan exclusive rates will see reductions of up to 0.28%. Additionally, 65% residential product transfer exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.16%.
The professional range will also see reductions, with 65% LTV 2- and 5-year rates cut by up to 0.24%.
