Beauchamp Estates has appointed William Carrington, co-founder of LonRes, as non-executive chairman and Gerard Soames, a finance professional, as a non-executive director.
Carrington brings nearly 40 years of experience in the London residential market and remains chairman of LonRes.
Soames has a background in strategic change and business development, with experience at companies like KPMG and Credit Suisse.
